Previously, if you wanted a survey tailored to a specific branch, department or touchpoint — and needed a QR code — you had to duplicate surveys and apply the survey lens restrictions manually.
With this update, you can now create dynamic survey links and QR codes directly within a single survey. This means fewer surveys to manage and easier sharing.
To use this feature:
- Go to ‘Share Options’ in the survey builder.
- Within the ‘Generate survey links and QR codes’ section, use the dynamic survey link builder on the right-hand side.
- Set your survey lenses, then copy the survey link or download the QR code(s).
